We have been in business in Beaudesert for over 40 years, working in the domestic and commercial areas. We are happy to construct houses from our range or from other plans of your choice. We are able to supply Kit Homes, Frame Only, House to Lock-up Stage, or a Complete House.

We manufacture Steel House frames in our Industrial Building on the Beaudesert Industrial Estate. We have operated from this site for the past 30 years. We manufacture these frames with a Henrob Self-piercing Rivet system using 1.2mm and 1.0mm Steel. Construction with Steel Frame is especially desirable for homes in the termite infested areas.

We are a member of the Queensland Master Builders Association and NASH. Six of our Tradesman have worked with us since beginning their apprenticeship. Two senior staff members beginning in 1966 and 1969 respectively. With experience of all these men and all our staff and the sub-contractors we employ on a regular basis, we are confident that we are in a position to offer a competent team.

Congratulations to Keith Musk and Malcolm Baldwin who have both recently celerbrated 40 years with Franklin Constructions. They have both been with us since they left school and are both an integral part of our business. Keith as Senior Site Supervisor and Malcolm as our Design Manager.
